About the Course

Organizations look to consultants to solve problems, drive change, and deliver results. Operating at pace and under pressure requires the right mindset, skillset, and toolset.


This course focuses on the essential skills needed by every consultant, including listening, facilitating, interviewing, and negotiating. It explores how to build relationships with clients, how to use consulting tools to diagnose problems and evaluate potential solutions, how to develop and confidently present recommendations to your clients, and how to drive client engagements.


Through a combination of lectures, case discussions, and interactive group exercises, participants will learn a strategic framework for the consulting process, and practice the skills needed to deliver successful outcomes.
