About the Course

When consulting engagements are running well, particularly when the client relationships are long established, it can be a shock when things don’t go according to plan.

This training course uses Harvard-style case method with a detailed scenario based on a real life consulting engagement.

Learning is driven at pace and participants follow three different protagonists as they deal with conflict management amongst the client team, solve misaligned expectations with a CEO to rescue an engagement, and work through executive changes which could negatively impact future consulting revenues.

Participants practice and enhance skills necessary for critical analysis, judgment, decision-making, and action, in order to set engagements up for success, and confidently address problems when they arise.

Course Owner

Jonathan Cooper-Bagnall

I've led some amazing consulting firms in the UK and North America, and had the opportunity to work with executive committees around the world to help them solve some of their most complex challenges.

Today, working with the next generation of talented consulting professionals and sharing the things I learned on my journey to the top of the consulting profession is a privilege. It's exciting to see our participants developing their knowledge and skills, and moving forward on their own consulting journey.
