About the Course
Making ethical decisions, dealing with conflicts of interest, and developing clear values that guide behaviour has always been critical, and is now subject to even greater levels of scrutiny and transparency.
This course blends theory with thoughtful exposure to real scenarios that challenge individual and group ethics. Immersive exercises, careful reflection, and group discussion, develop awareness and skills to address the most challenging of ethical situations.
Participants will learn how to identify the ethical issues of a decision, consider the different stakeholders and how they are impacted, recognise any assumptions and salience, and be able to make strong arguments to justify their decision.
