About the Course
Presentations are a core part of communicating in services organisations, whether its pitching an idea to colleagues, selling a proposal to a client or delivering recommendations to stakeholders. Being able to land key messages that are compelling and receptive is essential to being relevant and insightful, either in-person or via video.
With highly interactive and media rich content, the course will cover all aspects of preparing for and delivering presentations including verbal and non-verbal communication, audience management, speaking with confidence and authority.
Participants will learn and practice through an in-person one day session followed by a half-day live video session, fully equipping them to be more effective in structuring and delivering presentations.
