About the Course
In any role getting groups to develop ideas and realistic solutions is a key part of working with teams.
This course explores tools and techniques for effective facilitation through theory and role play. Topics covered include how to motivate a group, build consensus, manage dysfunctional engagement, maintain focus, generate ownership, and inspire outcome-driven action.
Participants will learn processes and behaviours to be an effective facilitator of group discussions and workshops.
