About the Course

In a highly competitive landscape, having a well-thought-through client account plan and managing your key account relationships is critical. The right client account strategy is essential in achieving expected top and bottom-line contribution.


This practical course covers essential knowledge needed to select and focus on the right client accounts to invest time and resources. Identifying optimal strategies in which new work can be won as well as protecting and growing existing business. Developing a plan of action for implementation, to be executed by all those who interface with the client account.


Participants will understand how to analyse relationships and influencers within client accounts, how to develop strategic and tactical account plans to manage and grow a portfolio of business.
