About the Course

Understanding design thinking is critical for engaging with clients. It combines what is desirable from a human perspective with what is technologically feasible, and economically viable.


This overview course introduces the design thinking process and how to solve problems by focusing on the needs of people and understanding the business impact.


It covers how to apply empathy, curiosity, and customer-centricity for sales engagements and client projects to better understand clients, change the conversation to focus on business, uncover deeper problems, and deliver meaningful solutions.


Real world case studies are used to illustrate how design thinking was successfully applied in client situations.


Participants gain a high-level understanding of design thinking principles and be able to apply them in their roles.
